Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients via calls, emails, or messages to schedule appointments.
  • Qualify leads and ensure they meet company criteria before scheduling.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with appointment details.
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and reschedule if necessary.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role is preferred.
  • Ability to work with CRM software and scheduling tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
